Hi,

But the point is that there is no libxml2.dll anywhere - nor should one be
needed, I think. I also tried putting the libxml2.lib in the bin folder,
and that doesn't help. If I export PATH to include bin and lib (in a cygwin
terminal admittedly) I still get gmxpreprocess-test demanding libxml2.dll
