[gmx-developers] Issues with Jenkins?

Hi,

There seems to be an issue in the cmake file, but that change passed 
Jenkins.
We also have CUDA 4.0 builds, while we know require 5.

Maybe we can merge a fix into https://gerrit.gromacs.org/#/c/5139/ which 
touches this cmake code.
