[gmx-developers] Issues with Jenkins?

Hi,

we currently only use Gromacs_Gerrit_master-new-releng and not
Gromacs_Gerrit_master. The one we use doesn't have a CUDA 4.0 build.

As far as I can see the builds fail with:

FATAL: java.io.IOException: Unexpected termination of the
channelhudson.remoting.RequestAbortedException

Still looking of why that is.
