[gmx-developers] time for 2016.1 release

Hi people,

It's time to get our bug fixes out into the world. I'll roll 2016.1 next
Monday. We only have one outstanding patch, so no need to leap to review
stuff. But there's lots of cool things cooking on master branch needing
review, or if you have a bug itching at your conscience, get it fixed
quick! :-)
