[gmx-developers] time for 2016.4 release shortly

Hi,

We have most of the proposed changes for 2016.4 reviewed and integrated, so
I propose that I will release late next week. Please take a look at
https://gerrit.gromacs.org/#/q/status:open project:gromacs
branch:release-2016 to see if there's any last-minute bug fixes or reviews
that you may be able to help with!
