[gmx-developers] Changes to GROMACS manual

Hi,

Yes, awesome job Paul!

We know there will be some glitches such as David notes, as we wanted to
get the infrastructure converted and stable before we focused on tweaking
the source so that the HTML and PDF versions both work well and look good.
