[gmx-developers] Updates to the change of the documentation from LaTex to Markup

Dear all,

again an update concerning the change of the reference documentation 
from LaTex to Markup.

The current version of the new documentation can be found at: 
http://jenkins.gromacs.org/job/Documentation_PreSubmit/4172/javadoc/ , 
with the corresponding change at https://gerrit.gromacs.org/#/c/7104/ .

Please have a look again and comment on both the changes to the 
organisation style and the correctness of the content.
