[gmx-developers] GPU kernel code

Hi Mahmood,

The kernels are preprocessor-generated, including the kernel names (see
NB_KERNEL_FUNC_NAME() macro); the common source code is in
src/gromacs/mdlib/nbnxn_cuda/nbnxn_cuda_kernel.cuh.
