[gmx-developers] Building the manual

Hi,

according to docs/manual/README building the manual is now easy, however 
I guess the document is outdated?

% cmake -DGMX_BUILD_MANUAL=ON ..
-- Configuring done
-- Generating done
-- Build files have been written to: /Users/spoel/GG/gaussian/gromacs/build

% make manual
make: *** No rule to make target `manual'.  Stop.

Any clues?
