[gmx-developers] master branch testing in Jenkins

Hi,

We've recently submitted a change to master branch regressiontests repo to
adapt to the new warning to take care with the use of the GROMOS force
fields outside the regime in which they were paramterized. That new grompp
warning means that master branch testing will fail until changes have
rebased enough to include the matching code change. Sorry about that - it's
part of the price of continuing to have a test repo that is different from
the source repo.

Please do rebase when you're updating the changes in response to review or
Jenkins feedback, and try to avoid everyone rebasing everything at once :-)
