[gmx-developers] Upcoming second beta for GROMACS 2020

Hello devs,

we are now getting closer to the second beta of GROMACS 2020, with the 
release planned for early next week.
We might slip a bit on this target, as we are still waiting for some of 
the GPU features to be finalized, but I don't think it will slip more 
than a few days this time.
Again, please have a look if you have added the release notes for any 
features that might have been added to the code, and see if you can help 
us with code review!

The second beta will coincide with the creation of the release-2020 
branch, so make sure to that fixes will be targeted to the correct 
branches afterwards.
