[gmx-developers] No more need for Gerrit Commit ID

Hello Developers!

I'm just writing to remind you that we no longer need that little automatically generated Gerrit Change ID in our commit messages.

If you would like to stop adding it to the commits you are pushing to GitLab (but have forgotten where it came from),

	rm .git/hooks/commit-msg

from the root of your local repo.
