[gmx-developers] Updates to regressiontests on master

Hello devs,

I'm currently merging release-2020 into master, and this means that the 
regressiontests are also updated. This means that your uploads will fail 
Jenkins until I'm done and you have rebased on top of the final merge 
commit.
I'll update you when this is done, so don't be surprised if stuff fails 
in the meantime.
