[gmx-developers] Failing pipelines on `master`.

CI pipelines for the `master` branch seem to be regularly failing. I
haven't seen any issues or dev-list traffic, but additional commits
continue to be merged.

Is the situation under investigation? Should we stop merging MRs to
`master` until the issue is resolved?

It looks like the failures are all on the "Nightly master" and "Nightly
master release" scheduled pipelines, and there may be multiple causes.
