Hi Devs.

Issue #4287  may have been closed slightly prematurely. The bug will affect the release-2021 branch until https://gitlab.com/gromacs/gromacs/-/merge_requests/2212 is merged.

Hopefully, final review of https://gitlab.com/gromacs/gromacs/-/merge_requests/2212 should be easy since it is little more than a back-port of other cited MRs.
