[gmx-users] How to install GROMACS 3.0 in Cgywin based on windows 2000?

Hi Guys,


Does anyone know how to do it?

2.0 version can be successfully installed in Cgywin environment based on 
Windows 2000.

I install FFTW first.

then, I try to install 3.0 version. No error message in ./configure result, 
only an warning: missing XRD (??)

Then when i type make, there are error make[3], make[2], make [1].
