[gmx-users] Myrinet vs SCALI

Hi all,

Does anybody of you have experience with Myrinet using gromacs3.0 (preferably 
using PME)? I just ran a benchmark (100.000 particles protein/lipid/water with PME)
on a SCALI cluster that seems to scale reasonably well compared to standard fast ethernet
(although at 4 nodes (8 procs) scaling is down to 50%).
Would Myrinet do better?
