[gmx-users] Altivec-enabled version of gromacs

Hi,

We've just implemented Altivec support in the development version of
Gromacs, which gives a significant speed boost on G4 and later Motorola
PowerPC CPUs (50-100% depending on your system).

In case you're interested in testing it you can pick up the files at

ftp://ftp.gromacs.org/pub/beta
