[gmx-users] linux rpm and motif support

I have installed lesstif and mwm on redhat linux 7.0 running on celeron 
400. After that, I have installed linux rpm for pentium.
However the the gromacs linux rpm I installed gives a message that
gromacs is compiled without motif support. ( Eg. when I give a command:
pdb2gmx -X ).
Do I need to compile gromacs source on linux ? Will assembly
optimization work then ?
