Hello,
	This is my first day with GROMACS. I have a set of (1000) PDB
files and attemting to generate essential dynamics data. (Like
eigenvalues, eigenvectors, projection onto trajectory and most
importantly, to get PDBs for the important modes). Can any one let me know
if it is possible to do this (esp generation of PDBs for essential modes)?
