Hi,
I do have added the improper CZ CE1 CE2 OP in the
*.rtp entry and in the include *.itp file I have added
CB OS under [dihedraltypes]. I think that should take
care of it.

No, you need 4 atoms, check the definition in Tyr, it
should be 
identical.
