[gmx-users] Clarifications to topology stuff in the manual

Hi,

Berk has added some new clarifications to the topology chapter in the 
paper manual, and I just uploaded revision 3.1.1 to the website.
So, if you're tearing your hair over it right now it might help if you 
fetch the new revised manual version  :-)
