[gmx-users] Pressure Coupling

Hi,
  There are some discusses of pressure coupling about bilayer in maillisting.But I am still confused with it.My system is composed of protein, POPC and SOL.What kind of pressure coupling can  I use? What's the reason.I just did as below:
Pcoupl              =  no
tau_p               =  0.5
compressibility     =  4.5e-5
ref_p               =  1.0
