[gmx-users] compilation ok on Mac, execution not ok

You will need to check your /lib/cpp link..


Create a soft link from /lib for cpp to the following

i.e. sudo ln -s /usr/libexec/gcc/darwin/ppc/2.95.2/cpp /lib/cpp

There's a problem with the latest version of Darwin cpp in that if you link to

/usr/libexec/gcc/darwin/ppc/3.1/cpp

you end up with grompp errors...

my student figured this out...

This problem surfaced at least for us when we started using 10.2.3...
