[gmx-users] [gmx-user]defined least squares plane

Sir.

I am a "kindergarten" user of GROMACS

i'm already with serious troubles.

The problem is making plane of 7 atoms.

Gromacs is simply supporting plane of 3 atoms.

I wanna to make least squares plane of 7 atoms.

Can you help us for defining least squares plane of 7 atoms ?

I'm using Gromacs v 3.0
