[gmx-users] do_dssp

Hi all,
I just tried the do_dssp command wihere I first set the dssp environment
variable to the dssp executable on my machine. When I then start the
do_dssp program, I get the error message Fatal Error, /var/tmp/filename
does not exist. Has someone else experienced this or does somebody know
of  a solution of this problem?
