[gmx-users] MD tutorial

Hi All,


I've added a link to a simple MD introduction tutorial from the gromacs
homepage under Documentation/Tutorial 
(see http://www.gromacs.org/documentation/tutorial.php). 

It refers in some places to some site-specific locations of files, 
but always also provides a link to download these files. Depending
on bit computer (li/u)n(u/i)x/shell experience, it can be done in an 
afternoon.
