[gmx-users] charged proteins

Dear gmx-users,

What is the best approach for dealing with charged proteins? 
Is it necessary to add counterions (Na+ or Cl-) for the charge? 
To run a simulation, it is not needed, it will run anyhow, but I wonder if 
the results are reliable.
