[gmx-users] Movie from dynamics

Hi jozef,
I use VMD all the time for movies. I find it quite easy to just download
the script files found on the vmd home page and just source them in the
command box. No real work from me is required. You can play with the
script to output different types of graphics i.e. .rgb , raster r3d files
etc. Then if you own a PC or Mac you can use Quicktime to put all of output
files together to make a movie. If you use Linux, you can use a
combination of convert and animate utilities to make a movie.
