[gmx-users] mdrun_mpi on SGI

Dear GMX users,

I had a problem while using mpi version of mdrun on SGI Origin 3200 with
4 CPU, mdrun_mpi was invoked by such command
mpirun -np 2 mdrun_mpi ... -nice 0

But most time, the two processes were sleeping, and it's even slower
than running in sequential with 1 CPU.
Can someone help me? Thanks.
