[gmx-users] [v3.1.3] Failed to create Makefile

Hi,

I just downloaded the gromacs 3.1.3, tried to configure it but failed. It is
a known issue here? It worked in 3.1.2.

I am using MacOS X with gcc.

The error message was like:

config.status: creating Makefile
sed: 48: /tmp/cs15590-19704/subs-1.sed: unescaped newline inside substitute
patternsed: 3: /tmp/cs15590-19704/subs-2.sed: invalid command code m

config.status: creating src/Makefile
sed: 48: /tmp/cs15590-19704/subs-1.sed: unescaped newline inside substitute

.

Then of course the file makefile is empty:

mjhsieh% ls -al makefile
-rw-r--r--   1 mjhsieh  wheel           0 May  5 04:40 makefile

I attached the whole log of configuration, you can look at it if you like.
