[gmx-users] alpha-helix peptides

Hello,

Could anyone give me a pointer to stable alpha-helix peptides with different properties: charged, hydrophobic and hydrophilic. This is needed for real experiment in water, and it is important that the peptides have alpha-helix secondary structure. Thanks in advance.
