Hi,
You can archive all of the portable trr files and then use trjcat on your
local machine to put them all together for analysis. Also, you can save
them as xtc on your local machine to save space. As long as you save the
trr files elsewhere, you'll always have that information.

Is there a way to save the md run at several different points and "merge" them together at the end on a different system to analyse the data.
