[gmx-users] One dual-CPU computer or a cluster?

   Dear friend, I have a system of about 12,000 atoms (lipid in a membrane with
solvent).  I wonder if it will be faster to run it over one computer with two
CPU (mac), or use more macs using the ethernet.  Does someone has ideas how can
I check it, or what is better?
