[gmx-users] One dual-CPU computer or a cluster?

Hi,

My experience with smallish systems like this (and PME electristatics) is
that 2 dual cpu machines are by far your best bet (a lot better tha, say,
4 cpus on a cluster). Put it on your workstation and let it churn away in
the background (on linux I use 'lamboot -v; nohup mpirun C -c2c -np 2 
mdrun_mpi -v -np 2 -nice 19 ... 2>&1 >out_md &')
