[gmx-users] file too big?

Hi Sebastien,

You can try to compile LFS (LargeFIleSupport) into the kernel if this
is not the case already and reconfigure/compile gromacs with extra
flags -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE or something..... I
am not sure, but I think RH8 supports LFS (I'm using RH7.2 myself)

I have had the same trouble. But I haven't tried LFS yet. So if you
feellike, give it a try and let us know.
