[gmx-users] how to set up an electric fields!!!!!!

Dear gmx-users,
  I want to set up an electric field for my ion channel in the lipid bilayer.Would you please tell me how to set up it?

I have failed doing this.
E_x = 1.0 
E_y = 0.5
E_z = 2.0
