Hi,
if you consider that all GPCR will have the same sensitivity to the
membrane composition as rhodopsin does, which is not garanted,
you should choose the lipid environment carefully.
For rhodopsin both acyl chain and head group properties have been
shown to modulate its activity. The choice of the lipid depends on the
aim your simulation, DOPC/POPC/octane slab/SDPC have been used
and could be a good start. But again it depends on what you want to do.
