[gmx-users] about DNA

Hello gmx-users,

Does anybody know about such kind of pdb2gmx error:

Warning: Long Bond (1-2 = 0.612177 nm)
Warning: Long Bond (1-4 = 0.353502 nm)
Warning: Long Bond (4-5 = 0.812652 nm)
Warning: Long Bond (5-6 = 0.529845 nm)
Warning: Long Bond (6-7 = 0.500576 nm)
.....................
It's so for EVERY DNA residue from different pdbs.
if one change names from DADE to ADE and so on
then only O2* missing error occur.
