[gmx-users] define...syntax in mdp file

A syntax related question.
When I use more than one variable in the define option in the mdp file,
are the variables comma separated or are they separated by a space?
Both of them seem to work, but I am just paranoid.
is it 
define = -DPOSRES_LIPID -DPOSRES_WALL -DPOSRES_PROT
or is it
define = -DPOSRES_LIPID,-DPOSRES_WALL, -DPOSRES_PROT
