No. It was a simple .gro file, absolutely nothing suspicious.
You could ask your mailserver administrator to look at it and/or
have him/her setup the scanning software such that it gives more
informative messages. (I've had similar problems sending an email
with  'Hi' as a subject, it was immediately assumed to be infected!)
