[gmx-users] constraints the molecule in bilayer

Dear gmx-users,
  I have put my ion channel into my bilayer.Now, I try to EM my system(dppc+ion channel),how can I use em.mdp options to contraint my channel and EM my bilayer.I have porse.itp file.
