[gmx-users] xpm2ps colour map problem

Hi

I have generated a covariance matrix using g_covar. I want to convert it
to encapsulated postscript so I can view it. I have been trying to use
xpm2ps -f [filename] but I keep getting this error...

     Fatal error: Unsupported or invalid colormap in X PixMap

and this problem is replicated on a range of machines and users.

any suggestions gratefully received!
