[gmx-users] pressure and temperature for lipid,again

Dear Mr.Xavier Periole,
 Thanks for your prompt reply.My pdb is downloaded from Dr.Peter Tieleman's web,and his web said the structure had been minimized already for making hole.So I think it has no big force in this file.
  Of course,we all find there are some big forces in this file,how can I find it?I don't know how to fix it,too.
