[gmx-users] tpbconv problem

Hi

I'm computing on 4 node cluster using NFS.
After crash (no free disk space) I wanted to tpbconv but got a problem.

I cleared disk and started tpbconv.
But tpbconv doesn't want to work with trr file which is 2.4Gb long at 
Master-node. It writes that there is no such .trr. At this moment there was 
3.2Gb of free space.

If I do the exactly the same and in the same directory (which is mounted via 
NFS) but from another node all is Ok.

Is it allright?
