[gmx-users] clustering methods

Hi,

I will use g_cluster to cluster the structures of my trajectories before 
I analyse them further, but I am uncertain which of the methods in 
g_cluster that is the preferrable one to use. My question is, has anyone 
tried them and found out which is the best? I have read about the gromos 
and the Javis-Patrick algorithm and know how they work, but what about 
the linkage-method?
