Hello,

is there any reference discussing the correction factor (eq. 3-39, pg 26) used
in the surface tension coupling option?
I am confused about the parameter Lz (length of the simulation box in the Z
direction). My first reasoning is that Lz should be the width of the interface,
instead, or I am wrong?
