Hi Graham & Itamar,

I'm sure both David and I would be happy to participate for free, it's 
mainly a matter
of the time it takes to organize conferences and workshops :-)

One thing I've realized from this list is that we could use a lot more 
of simple tips/tutorials on things that are possible but not 
straightforward to do - for instance less commonly used programs and 
options, and how they can be combined. I'm pretty busy hacking threads 
in Gromacs the next month, but I'll try to add some stuff after that!
