dear mr. song

i was looking through the gmx-archive and saw that you were/are working w/
a DPPC lipid bilayer, and right now i am working under a professor who is
doing research in the same area w/ DPPC layers, so i was wondering if you
would be willing to lend me a hand.

i am a new gromacs user so my knowledge at this point is limited, but to
get to the point, i saw how you had problems generating a tpr file and was
curious if you completed yours. if so, i was wondering if you wouldn't
mind looking at mine to compare to yours. i just want to make sure that
before i go on with anything else, that my dppc model is in fact correct.
oddly enough, i am also using a DPPC layer taken from the  tieleman's
website. if you can help, it would be much appreciated. thanks
