Hi Paul Do you specify the keyword "ENDMDL" at the end of your pdb file? I recently converted individual PDBs to a single xtc file without any problems by first concatenating the PDBs, each frame separated by "ENDMDL", and then using trjconv with the -dt option to set the timestep.
